Who handles your information?
Josh Willett Consultancy Ltd is the data controller and website operator. Company number: 13262295. Registered address: 124 City Rd, London EC1V 2NX.
Information we collect
The form collects your name, email address and message. Telephone number and site postcode are optional. Email enquiries are handled for the same purpose. Avoid sensitive information, passwords and payment details.
Cloudflare may process minimal technical and security logs, including IP addresses, browser details, requests and security events, to deliver and protect the website.
How information is used
Our legitimate interests are responding to requested business enquiries, assessing your requirements, maintaining related correspondence and protecting the website. Form submissions are handled by the operator, with the supporting services listed below processing data on our behalf. Enquiry details are recorded in Doxa, our internal lead system, for handling and review.
We would ask for your agreement before later contractor sharing. Submitting the form does not authorise it.
Services and overseas processing
Our processors include Google Cloud for hosting the enquiry form service, Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery and security, SMTP2GO for email delivery and Google Workspace for email correspondence.
Some providers may process data outside the UK, governed by contractual safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry details and correspondence only while relevant to your enquiry, our relationship or legal requirements. Retention depends on those needs, without a fixed period.
Cookies and fonts
There are no analytics cookies or analytics integration. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies. Fonts are self-hosted.
Your rights and questions
Depending on your circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing.

These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
